Qualified Teachers - Our principle teachers are ISTD qualified and have many years of teaching experience. Many other schools hire either unqualified teachers or just enthusiastic amateurs.
Secure & Safe Environment - Our premises is a very safe place for your children. It is off street-level and has secure, comfortable waiting areas for before and after classes to wait for pickup. Our teachers are all Local Authority Chaperone Licensed for children and are First Aiders
Off-Street Car Park - Part of our premises includes a large car park with ample room and is directly linked to our main entrance. Many other schools are situated in awkward locations on busy roads making drop-off & pickup difficult.
Good Connections - New Thing Academy is partnered with, and is situated within, The Pelham Community Centre. This is a major project with excellent funding. The facilities on offer to our students are brand-new and fully comply with all public-use safety and building laws.
We enjoy a full size studio with a custom-fitted dance flooring & comprehensive modern music system, a modern kitchen, storage areas, separate male/female/disabled toilets, and a lift. Also, there is a comfortable Cafe on the ground floor that is open often throughout the week and is available for our students and parents to use when it is not.
